Beril Başaran, He says that the final touches in the master cabin are shaped according to customer preferences, adding: “We used lacquer ceilings, wooden flooring in places, and marble in the bathroom and on the bedside tables. Nowadays, it is very important to feel the sea inside the boat. Therefore, we support all our living spaces in our boats with large windows and balconies.”

The most important feature of the boat is that it is a GPR composite motor yacht.
This is significant as it is the first time in Turkey that CMB has implemented this on boats of this size. In the interior design, the choice of saltwater-resistant materials that are suitable for both summer and winter use serves the concept of ‘timelessness’ that Başaran emphasizes. The latest technology products used in the yacht, designed to give the owner the pleasure of the first day, also aim to make life easier.

FEELING OF WARMTH

The lounge and dining room on the Main Deck are designed to give users a feeling of warmth, which is clearly evident. This feeling is supported by a fireplace dividing the dining area from the seating area, a strong move in the name of romance. The use of wood and carpet together on the floor, the choice of lacquer on the ceilings, and the use of blinds instead of fabric on the windows to feel the sea more increase this feeling of warmth and also provide peace.

The living spaces are supported with movable furniture, all of which are produced in Artebel Design workshops, and each accessory in these areas is carefully selected according to the lifestyle and desires of the boat owner. As in the bar area, attention is paid to ensure that the lighting is homogeneous and soft. Spacious cabins and common areas, interior spaces embracing nature with large windows and balconies, and functionality… The coffee setup placed in a spacious hall with four curved doors opening from the guest cabins on the Lower Deck is designed to add extra energy to mornings at sea.

MINA, ONE OF THE 47-METER MEGAYACHTS OF CMB YACHTS, LAUNCHED AT THE BEGINNING OF 2019. THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE OF THE NEW MEGAYACHT IS ITS FUNCTIONALITY THAT SHINES WITH SIMPLICITY.

Romantic Lines

CMB Yachts, which successfully represents Turkey abroad, is adding a new boat to the CMB47 Series. With Mystic, Orient Star, and Liquid Sky, the new project of the series, which has been featured in international boat shows and received great acclaim, is named ‘Mina’. One of the most important features of the megayacht planned to be launched at the beginning of 2019 is that it is the largest GRP composite motor yacht made in Turkey, like the previous CMB47s.

With a total interior area of 410 m2, the boat has a 68 m2 lounge and dining room, a 60 m2 master cabin, a 44 m2 VIP cabin, and four guest cabins with areas of 45 and 38 m2.
On the other hand, the effort spent on developing the open spaces of the CMB47 Series is evident at first glance. When stepping onto the deck, areas designed to meet all kinds of needs in the outdoor spaces that give a feeling of comfort and ease attract attention.

The yacht, which has a total open area of 300 m2, including the Main Deck (102 m2), Skydeck (122 m2), Upperdeck (75 m2), and balconies, has a large and comfortable sunbathing area, an inviting spa pool, and a large bar area, as with the other members of the series.

Mina’s interior designs, like the other CMB47s, bear the signature of Artebel Design-Beril Başaran. There is no doubt that Mina has achieved the targeted ‘timelessness’ with the combination of designs made with natural products and advanced technology.

PRIVILEGE AND SPACIOUSNESS

All boats of the CMB47 series have similar characteristics. Although Liquid Sky and Mina are sister ships, some differences stand out inside. Like the other CMB47 series, Mina also has a Lower Deck, Main Deck, Bridge Deck, and Sun Deck. However, the Sky Lounge located in Liquid Sky is positioned as the Owner Suite Cabin in Mina. The fact that the Owner Suite has a special ‘Deck supported by balconies from the sides gives the cabin a great privilege and spaciousness. Thanks to this design, the number of cabins has increased from five to six, which is an advantage for large families and charters.

The most important feature of the CMB47s is the large square meter rooms. Each of the guest cabins is actually in the comfort of a master cabin.

The cabin in the Sky Lounge is 60 m2. In this design, unlike the other, there is a swimming platform at the stern. The Sky Lounge also has a dining table for 12 people and outdoor seating areas. High-quality outdoor fabrics resistant to sunlight were used in the seating areas. There is also the possibility of transitioning from the Sky Lounge, which is positioned as a spacious day-use area with wide balconies on both sides, to the gym and other floors.
